When we decided to make Bradley Beach our permanent home, our existing house desperately needed work. As it was going to be an extensive renovation project, we interviewed several recommended area builders. Gannon Builders were part of the process, as they were highly recommended by close friends who used them to build them a new home. As we were making a major investment into our “forever home” we wanted to be absolutely sure in choosing the “right” builder. During the interview process we looked at reputation, quality, relationship with and knowledge of the town, project management, sub-contractors, suppliers and personality fit.
In the end, Jim Gannon met all our criteria, and we are thrilled with our choice. Throughout the renovation, all their sub-contractors were professional and produced quality work. More importantly, they kept a clean and safe work site. Gannon came within the prescribed budget and were fair in any changes that occurred.
Gannon Builders exceeded our expectations and delivered to us a beautiful home. Their commitment to quality and communication before, during and after, our construction was a first-class example of excellent project management. Whenever there was a problem (there is always something that occurs in construction), they contacted us immediately and provided reasonable solutions.
